Baby Rave - Bettendorf Public Library

A New Year's Eve morning dance party for babies and toddlers at the Bettendorf Public Library. The library says: "Ring in the New Year with a baby dance party! Enjoy music, lights, and a photo backdrop and family fun!" and "This year, we'll have a quiet room nearby for those that need a break. Best for kids ages 4 and under. Headphones may be recommended for kids especially sensitive to sound." The listing names no room, so none is claimed. The listing sets no registration requirement — no registration window exists on it — and names no admission price, and this library prints no blanket free-admission sentence, so no cost is claimed here. The library says it is sponsored by the Friends of the Bettendorf Public Library, which is a funding credit and not a price. The library's number for the building is 563-344-4175.
