Holiday Remembrance Program at Bosma-Renkes Morrison Chapel

Bosma-Renkes & Bosma-Gibson Funeral Homes hold their Holiday Remembrance Program from 2 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, November 8, 2026, at the Morrison Chapel, 404 E. Lincolnway in Morrison. The directors and staff invite anyone to attend; the announcement asks that you RSVP first, by phone on 815-772-2322 or by email. The service honours and remembers loved ones ahead of the holidays, which the funeral homes describe as a time that can be especially difficult for people dealing with loss, and it offers families a space to come together and share their grief. Families the funeral homes served in the past year also receive a glass Guardian Angel ornament personalised with their loved one's name and dates; that gift is limited to those families, while the service itself is not. The announcement names no admission price. The funeral homes have held this program on the second Sunday of November in each of the past three years.
