Morrison High School students were key contributors to the Morrison Kiwanis Club’s Sandwich Sales event on Saturday, Aug. 6 at Rt. 30 and Cherry Street. Morrison High School Football volunteers (l-r) Carson Strating, Chase Newman, Sebastian Carreno, Donny Reavy, and Aiden Dolieslager prepared sandwiches for customers during the late morning/early afternoon shift. Key Club members Danielle Fulton and Shawna Simpson prepared sandwiches and ran meat from the grill—manned by Kiwanis President Steve Davis—to the sandwich preparation area throughout the day. Cheyenne Callan, a Key Club member and National Honor Society member, and Zayden Boonstra, a National Honor Society member, prepared sandwiches during the morning shift.
