Wine Pairing Flight: Chocolate & Cheese — Bettendorf Parks & Recreation

An adult wine-tasting class programmed by Bettendorf Parks and Recreation and held at Swirl Wine Bar. The department says: "Enjoy a wine flight, paired perfectly with either local chocolate or cheese, presented by Swirl Wine Bar's sommelier, Marlisa. Class includes 4 half glasses of wine plus your choice of 4 cheeses or 4 chocolate truffles. Marlisa will describe each wine (a sparkling, white, red, and sweet wine will be poured) and explain how the snack pairing was selected." Registration is required in advance — the listing offers no drop-in option — and the department prints a fee of $40.00 and an age restriction of "21 yrs +".
