Yesterday MHS freshmen had the opportunity to participate in the BLIND retreat and spend the day with freshmen from five other local schools. They participated in team-building activities, made new friends, learned about the 40 developmental assets, and had a great day. Twenty junior and senior leaders were trained over the summer to lead this retreat, and they were amazing! Our community is lucky to have this opportunity and the fantastic student leaders to guide our freshmen.
